ABOUT THIS SPACE

This cozy two bedroom house was built in 1915 and has a lot of character, it will make you feel right at home. The beautiful home is 5 minutes from downtown and conveniently located two minutes away from the freeway. Perfect for just a night or a whole month.

There is 2 rooms and one bathroom. We have multiple working areas throughout the house and also different board games you can play. The smart tv has Netflix, Hulu, Amazon prime and many other features. This house has lots of natural lighting and and plenty of unique features. We are located near many great restaurants, museums, golf courses, bars and night clubs. During the Rock and Gem show we are only minutes away from multiple tents.

You will have access to the entire house.

Some of the areas in the house have low ceiling including the shower.
